Each Limited Edition Artwork mentions the total number of prints that will ever be signed by the artist. Each artwork is printed under the supervision of the artist, and once satisfied he hand-signs and numbers them. For the numbered/signed versions, there will never be more than the run that the artist has pre-determined.
However, the artist may use unsigned images in books, calendars, or other general purpose reproduction.
2. How do you ensure QUALITY of the print?
We are very possessive about our work. That is why we ensure that the photographs are printed on Hahnemuehle Fine Art Paper on the best Epson Printers, using pigment ink technology. In case of pigmented inks we are talking about light stability of more than 100 years, in compliance with Wilhelm Imaging Research.
3. What is the DELIVERY PROCESS?
It is our responsibility that the print reaches you in perfect condition. Depending on your location and also the size of the print, the artwork will be delivered to you either in flat boxes or rolled up in very sturdy tubes. In Delhi NCR, prints are hand-delivered by someone in our team.
4. What are the DELIVERY CHARGES?
Delivery of prints within India is free. If you are from another country, please let us know the size of the print you wish and your country and we will let you know the delivery cost.
5. Do you have a RETURN POLICY?
These are Limited Edition Artworks, hence we cannot accept returns. However, in case of the rare event of you receiving a damaged print, we will replace the print for free.
6. Can you help us with the FRAMING?
Framed artwork becomes very heavy and delivery becomes quite expensive. Also, in case of glass, there are chances of it shattering in transit. So it is best if one gets the framing done from a nearby place. However, if you would like to discuss framing options with us, you are more than welcome.
